As the Operation Manager at Forone, you will lead and oversee the daily business operations of our U.S. office while collaborating closely with global teams. You will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring that business operations align with the company’s strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills who thrives in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement operational systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Oversee vendor management, office infrastructure, and compliance with local business regulations.
Work cross-functionally with finance, HR, and client-facing teams to support operational excellence.
Manage budgeting, reporting, and business performance tracking.
Facilitate onboarding and coordination between international teams and U.S. operations.
Evaluate existing tools and platforms to optimize internal workflow and project delivery.
Develop contingency plans and risk management strategies to address operational challenges.

Qualifications

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
3+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in media, marketing, or tech.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Nice-to-Have:

Prior experience working in a multinational or startup environment.
Familiarity with compliance issues and business registration in California.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
